Warm at Home Cashback

 

Funding from the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) 2024-25 is available to help convert low-income households to natural gas central heating, including insulation and energy efficiency measures.

Evolve’s Warm at Home Cashback scheme offers eligible households 50% off the cost of a natural gas heating system. The customer will be asked to contribute the remaining 50%.  

 

We will ensure that the customer will not pay more than 50% of the costs.

 

This will be offered as a whole house solution, so in addition to the 50% grant towards the natural gas heating system, we will also offer free fully funded: 

 

·      Fully funded LED bulbs x 4

·      Fully funded Cavity wall insulation 

·      Fully funded Loft insulation 

·      Fully funded Hot water tank jacket 

·      Fully funded Smart heating controls 

·      Fully funded ‘Chimella’ chimney draft excluder

·      Fully funded Water Widgets 

 

To qualify customers must be readily connectable within Evolve licensed network area, with: 

·      No central heating 

·      Solid fuel heating 

·      Old oil or LPG heating system (the boiler must be over 15 years or broken beyond viable economic repair). 

·      Households must be private renting tenants or owner-occupiers that meet an income criteria of:

- Single person household with income / pension less than £45,000 *gross. 

- Couple / Single parent family with an income / pension less than £50,000 *gross. 

*Gross Income relates to income received per household including benefits, salary etc before tax
