Dungannon gas network upgrade update

Local distribution network operator, Evolve, has confirmed the next phase of its key upgrade of gas infrastructure in Dungannon. 

 

Starting from Monday, there is a planned closure of the hard shoulder on Irish Street. From Wednesday, works will commence on Greers Road, with a one-way closure. Traffic will be unable to travel down Greers Road, with motorists advised to follow the signed diversion via Thomas Street, Quarry Lane and Donaghmore Road.

 

The works on Greers Road will only begin after the completion of works on Thomas Street. 

 

From Thursday Shamble Lane will be closed to through traffic, with access maintained for residence. 

 

Schedules remain subject to change as works progress, and any diversion routes will be clearly signposted at the respective sites.
